We listen to our loyal customers and per your requests, we have added
diabetic-friendly cobblers, cookies, cupcakes and sweet potato pies to our
menu.

We have chosen to use Whey Low (www.wheylow.com) which is a 100%
natural sweetener for our cakes and cookies. Our cobblers and sweet
potato pies are
made with agave, which is also a 100% natural sweetener. Neither
of these sweeteners have the adverse effects of most artificial sweeteners.
Our diabetic-friendly
crust is made with white whole wheat flour which is more nutritious
and has more fiber than white flour. We will continue to use real butter
and wonderful
spices that make for our great tasting baked goods.
